Resilience Rounds

In just 2 weeks, we're launching Resilience Rounds β€” a live discussion forum (using Zoom) for our members. This is a great opportunity to talk with like-minded peers about key concepts from a book, podcast, or article regarding self-care, personal development, goal setting, or healthy relationships. Each session is facilitated by Seena & Stuart. On September 14th, we'll be talking about WOOP (Wish, Outcome, Obstacles, Plan) and the book by Gabriele Oettingen Rethinking Positive Thinking: Inside the New Science of Motivation.
