Last year we started our Wellbeing Elixir newsletter! This year we created our Wellbeing Elixir Community.
You may be asking - What's the difference? Since I signed up for your newsletter, aren't I a member of the Wellbeing Elixir Community?
Actually - no.
I know - it's confusing. Here's the difference. Our newsletter is a one-way communication. It's an email that lands in your mailbox ... like this message. That's it.
The Wellbeing Elixir Community is a member-only resource. Once you sign-up and become a Wellbeing Elixir Community member, you'll get access to guided meditations, the Wellbeing Elixir Aliquot* eBook, and at-home 20 or So Yoga Flows. AND you can leave comments, like our essays, and interact with other members of the community.

Food for Thought
Real, abiding happiness, we discover, isn't the result of getting our needs met temporarily. That often leads to an endless cycle of disappointment and escalating desire. The things we pin our hopes on don't prove to be enough; the bar is continually being raised, and then we're on the lookout for something more.
Real happiness depends on what we do with our attention. When we train our attention, we connect to ourselves, to our own true experience, and then we connect to others. The simple act of being completely attentive and present to another person is an act of love, and it fosters unshakeable well-being. It is happiness that isn't bound to a particular situation, happiness that can withstand change.
