What does it offer?
B3 Alliance offers so much more than just a simple peer group. It exists to solve your problems. Connect with other vetted business owners, get individual attention on your business, and get ideas and solutions for your business you would not have found on your own.
What is the framework?
The B3 Alliance is based on the concept of a small group Mastermind -- a 'meeting of the minds'. In this framework you'll work with a small group of 4-6 people to support each other in achieving success. You'll set strong goals and the group will help you by providing brainstorming, education, accountability and support so that you achieve your goal. In this mastermind you'll be able to give and receive advice to others. In this safe space you'll also be able to learn and discuss new skills and technologies through the short educational workshops at the beginning of the group meetings. While the focus is on building your business, this is also a safe place for you to discuss personal issues as they relate to your business and work-life balance as well.
Who will be in my group?
We aim to match members according to their background, goals and location. Our goal is to create groups with the right dynamics to support you and your needs. This means that some groups will be mixed gender, while others may be single gender. In addition, we strive to ensure that all your competitors and clients who wish to join B3 Alliance Mastermind will be placed in alternative groups in order to create a safe and collaborative experience. Each group consists of 4-6 vetted business people that will meet (online) for half a day once a month at an agreed upon time with the facilitator. Between meetings there is ongoing accountability and follow-up in a private, members-only area also managed by the facilitator. This enables on-the-spot accountability and help from your peers to keep you on track.
How do the meetings work?
Each meeting has an agenda and is actively facilitated and managed to ensure that everyone is heard and goals can be documented and tracked. The facilitator will guide the group towards deep conversations and balanced interactions. After each meeting, you'll be provided with a summary of your action items from the meeting and any other material that was discussed or actions you committed to doing for others.
What is the commitment?
This beta program is an 8 week commitment.
Your time commitment to this program will include:
- one 5 hour block for each group meeting (once a month - schedule set by the group)
- 1-2 hours spread throughout the week for private group check-ins & support on the platform
- Time you commit towards working on your goals independently
The initial commitment is for 8 weeks at a special beta program rate of 500 NIS ($156 US / €135 Euro) for this beta program (a 1500 NIS value).
This includes
- 2 half-day group meetings which will be scheduled together with the other members of your group
- Training on how to get the most out of the mastermind
- 2 mini-workshops
- on-going accountability and support between meetings through the private group online platform
- No long-term commitment. At the end of the 8 weeks you can decide if you want to remain in the program at the regular rate or discontinue the program.

There is no payment required unless you are invited to join the program.
This is a new program being launched as a beta to refine the process and tools for the B3 Alliance Mastermind opening in 2022.
If accepted to the program, you'll receive full access to the program at a special beta tester rate as a thank you for your feedback and suggestions for improving the program.
