Why Your Results Are All Over the Place (And What to Do About It)
Nov 19, 2025 5:39 pm
If your results have been inconsistent lately—some weeks you're crushing it, other weeks you're barely moving—you're not alone. I see this pattern all the time, and it's not because you don't know what to do.
You're only getting your best results when you're both confident and focused. And that's happening less and less.
Here's what's really going on:
1. Low Self-Image and Doubt Are Keeping You from Moving Daily
I talk about this with my clients all the time: you can take steps daily and move forward, or you can take flights and leap ahead. I'm okay with either—as long as you're moving.
But here's the truth: a low self-image will keep you from moving at all.
When you don't believe you're capable of the big win, you stop taking the daily steps. You second-guess yourself. You hesitate. You wait for the "perfect" moment that never comes.
The people who win? They move. Every single day. Steps or flights—it doesn't matter. They just refuse to stand still.
2. You're Afraid to Waste Money... On Your Dreams
Let's be honest: we waste money on so many things that have negative ROI—subscriptions we don't use, impulse buys, things that don't move the needle—but we will not waste money trying to figure out our dreams.
That's part of the process. And it's the first mental barrier to entry for most people.
Their fear of losing overrides their desire to win.
I see it all the time:
- Hire someone, it doesn't work out, they never hire anyone again.
- Place an ad online, it doesn't work the first time, they're back to solely organic marketing.
You can make money doing it that way, but it's nearly impossible to scale 100% organically. Or worse—you'll go beg from those who are willing to invest and ask them to invest in you, when you haven't truly taken the risk with yourself.
If you won't bet on you, why should anyone else?
3. You're Distracted by the Issues of Life
Look, life is really weird right now. We all have things going on with our family, our finances, our health. I get it.
But ask yourself this question: What can I do to completely fix this now?
Most of the time, the answer is nothing—because real problems aren't fixed in a day.
But then ask yourself: What can I do today to make it better?
Take that action. Move Forward.
That's why I love the lessons of good stewardship—taking care of what you have, responsibly. Because when you do, you don't have little fires going off everywhere. (Although, let's be real—there are those seasons.)
If any of those three pertains to you, decide to do differently and take the first step in the opposite direction (mentally).
But here's what I've found the most:
MOST of you have NO idea what you're actually selling and don't have your offer down. You think you aren't successful but you actually lack clarity.
I've worked with clients who thought they had it figured out—until we sat down and actually mapped it out. They were offering "consulting" or "coaching" or "services," but they couldn't clearly articulate:
- What they're offering (the actual transformation or result)
- Who they're offering it to (the specific person with the specific problem)
- Why someone should buy it (the unique value that sets them apart)
Many of you are reading this thinking, "I DO know what I'm offering."
Here's the test: Can you immediately identify and pitch your ideal customer through advertising, a cold message, in one sentence?
If you hesitated, stumbled, or thought "well, it depends..."—you don't have your offer down.
I've helped clients go from vague: "I do this and that and everything else, with a little bit of this and sometimes that " to crystal-clear offers like:
- "I help ergonomic wellness companies land 10-100 employee contracts by positioning ROI-driven solutions to HR and Operations leaders."
- "I help sales directors build predictable, high-performing teams in 90 days without burning out their best people."
See the difference? Specific. Clear. Compelling.
If that's you, I'm hosting a live Offer Workshop this Friday where we'll walk through the exact process of clarifying:
- What you're offering
- Who you're offering it to
- Why they should buy from you
By the end, you'll have a clear, compelling offer you can pitch with confidence—whether you're running ads, sending cold messages, or talking to someone at a networking event.
But here's the catch: I'm only taking 5 people.
This isn't a webinar with 100 people where you're just another face in the crowd. I'm keeping it small so I can give you personalized, hands-on coaching. You'll leave with a clear offer you can use immediately—not just theory.

Once we hit 5 registrations, this workshop is closed.
Here's the bottom line:
If your results are all over the place, it's because your confidence, focus, and offer clarity are all over the place.
You know what to do. The question is: are you moving daily, are you willing to invest in yourself, and do you actually know what you're selling?
If you're ready to stop the inconsistency and start building momentum that actually sticks, start with your offer.
Join me this Friday, and let's get it locked in.
To your success,
