Happy New Year, People of God! I'm excited for all that God has for us this year. Remember, this is not the year to look to the right or the left. Keep your sight on God and His instructions for you this year.

I've been writing down His specific directions for me, and I'm continuing to do so. It's all been about preparing the people to take over and thrive in their respective areas of influence. Each of you has an area of influence.

Most importantly, I've been hearing that all of us need to build an ark. What is an ark? In short, a vessel of protection. This is a season where we are called to build and provide protection in our individual callings and realms of influence rather than looking for ways of escape. We are being challenged to be the head and not the tail in real life, not just in theory.

Many of you have wondered about layoffs and such. One thing I've heard is the Lord removed some of you from systems and organizations that will face judgment—some companies with bad practices, etc. Either way, this is your opportunity and he didn't allow the rug to be pulled out from under you. He took you out before it struck.
