Hello Amazing Women of God,
I can't wait to see you all this Sunday in person at Sunday Dinner from 5pm to 7 PM! This week's gathering will be graciously hosted by The Parkers, and I am so expectant for what the Lord has in store for us as we fellowship and usher in deeper levels of His presence together.
As always, please invite whomever the Holy Spirit places on your heart โ just be sure they RSVP so we can prepare a place for them and ensure the food goes around without waste. You can RSVP Here.
A Word for the Season:
I know many of us have been feeling the pressure lately. I believe it's the Lord calling us to come to Him completely โ allowing us to feel the areas of mixture in our lives. The pressure isn't about you; it's you feeling the tremors of what is coming. Keep both feet out of those spaces, use your time and resources to glorify him and seek him โ move when God says move. This isn't from a place of control, God doesn't want us to get comfortable in the spaces that will be shaken. Imagine him knowing a tornado is coming and not say "GET OUT OF THERE". So, GET OUT OF THERE!
We worship Him from faith to faith, and that means there is an in-between place we must navigate. As someone who has walked through MANY in-betweens, I know that place of uncertainty all too well โ when you don't know how you'll get from here to there. What I've found is that God provides when we walk and trust Him (not when we stand still).
I wish I could say I always received "earnest money" from the Lord before I stepped out. But truthfully, the earnest money is His Word. He has promised us that He will never leave us nor forsake us โ so we walk in faith, knowing it will happen.
I heard a quote this weekend that said believers live their lives at a perpetual red light, praying God will give them a green light. When in fact, we are all already at green lights โ and God is waiting for us to press the gas. I've found most of our red lights are places where our minds haven't been renewed. Not everything is a mystery. Just walk and do what makes sense.
All of us are moving into uncharted terrain, so be open to what's new and what you haven't done before. Or as He showed me this weekend: "You've done this before โ but you haven't done this in Me yet."
Continue to praise the Lord (Psalm 68) and remember: there is no miracle without pain. Suffering is a baptism we must all pass through to arrive at life โ and that one is for the mature among us. Let it mature you into new levels in Christ. Suffering brought me from babe to where I am today, with more growth still to come.
See you Sunday! ๐
With love,
Yanik
