Today at Noon: The Anatomy of Fear (The Hidden Ways It Holds Us Back

Mar 11, 2026 3:23 pm

Hello,

Many people believe they’ve already overcome fear.

But often fear doesn’t show up in obvious ways. It appears quietly through hesitation, delay, overthinking, minimizing what God has called us to do, or walking away from an assignment before we’ve even fully understood the situation.

That’s why today we’re gathering for a live Ark Harvesters teaching called The Anatomy of Fear.

In this session, we’re going to examine how fear actually works—because if we don’t understand it, we can unknowingly allow it to influence our decisions, our leadership, and even our obedience to what God has called us to do.

During the teaching we will explore:

• The hidden ways fear enters our thinking and behavior

• Why fear often disguises itself as logic, caution, or humility

• How fear causes us to ignore, minimize, or delay our assignments

• The connection between fear and the perceived “death” of something we value

• How to recognize fear and replace it with Kingdom truth

The goal of this teaching is not to focus on fear, but to expose it so we can overcome it and move forward in what God has placed in our lives.

Many times the difference between stepping fully into our calling and holding back is simply recognizing the subtle ways fear has been operating.

If you’ve ever sensed a pull toward something God placed in your heart but found yourself hesitating, this conversation will help bring clarity.
