Family,

As we close out 2025, I want to share a word that has been stirring in my spirit, especially for those who felt stretched, shaken, or pushed beyond their comfort zone this year.

Many of us spent the year praying, “Lord, promote me. Elevate me. Open the door.”

But if we’re honest… fear was still gripping us.

• Fear of risk.
• Fear of sacrifice.
• Fear of investing in ourselves.
• Fear of stepping into the unknown.

And here’s the truth the Lord pressed on my heart:

God couldn’t place us in the next level while fear was still ruling the current one.

This year wasn’t about withholding blessing.

It was about removing the layers that kept us from carrying it.

2025 exposed:

• idols we didn’t realize we were holding

• comfort zones we’d mistaken for safety

• hesitation masquerading as “wisdom”

• fear dressed up as “staying in our lane”

And through every shaking moment, God was strengthening us — showing us what we could endure, what we could overcome, and who we truly are in Him.

The tough times weren’t punishment.

They were preparation.

So if you felt stretched this year, take heart.

If you felt unrooted, take courage.

If you felt pressed, know this:

You were being positioned.

You’re stepping into 2026 with clearer vision, renewed faith, and a capacity that your old self could not have carried. Your promotion wasn’t denied — it’s simply waiting for the version of you that fear could no longer control.

I’m excited to walk into this next season with you.
