Make sure you’re going outside and not wasting away in your home! Went outside today (not including getting in the car) for the first time in like... many days. It was overcast and I was still squinting ?

I’ve had this book on my shelf for the last 5 months and avoided reading it. I knew it would be good, but for whatever reason I had other priorities. Then late last week I felt overwhelmed by the chaos and unpredictability of life and found myself drawn to it. My mind had been starving for stillness. I read it in a few short days and, like many other books, wished I’d read it much earlier. “Stillness is the Key” is my book of the week, and you can read more about my thoughts on it in this week’s issue of Wise Owl Wednesday (link in bio)

These are some of the best people I know. @dambron and @punk_pants have been especially amazing in the past few years. They’ve brought @megdsnyder and me into their circles of extremely impressive people. It’s helped me get back out into the world after sequestering myself in hospitals and rehab clinics for the better part of a year and a half. I am so grateful for their friendship. Y’all are the real MVPs and I hope you both have a blast traveling the world over the next 6 months.

New addition to the house. I’m obsessed. When @megdsnyder and I bought this house we had always talked about adding a barn door to my office, but obviously circumstances got in the way and that project was punted over the horizon. Well now the dream has been realized thanks to @megdsnyder and her amazing father. Megan’s dad and grandfather worked together on this masterpiece as a Christmas gift. Holy shit, right? I’m not worthy ?

Congratulations to my brother @bryceleasure and my future sister @malloryfeldman on their amazing engagement! Wanted to hold off on congratulations until the surprise engagement party! Love you both and can’t wait to see you two grow together as a couple.
