Today's word
Grapevine
* Is the only plant that is mentioned more times in the Bible.
* Explains God's expectation from His children for a fruit-bearing life.
We are like branches of the grapevine.
* You may have many ambitions and dreams.
* You may have a good heart and a broad mind to help people in a big way.
But,
* Who do you associate with?
* Who do you depend on to achieve your goals in life?
* Revisit your life's ethics and values and check whether they are biblical?
Jesus said I am the true grapevine.
* He expects His children to depend on Him for anything and everything.
* Don't be disillusioned by people's external appearance or misled by the sweet coatings of new and strange teachings.
* Depend entirely on Jesus. Only then will you be able to flourish spiritually and bear fruit.
JUST DEPEND ON HIM. REMAIN ATTACHED TO HIM.
Prayer: Lord Jesus, Protect me from all deception and deviating doctrines in this world. Please help me to abide in you and to be more fruitful. Amen.
