Let’s start with IDENTIFYING your WHY... 

Your first task of the day is to watch this discussion by Karen Cone, Chaitra Vedullapalli, Karen Fassio, and Tucker Stine. This discussion—about how their professional careers were transformed by advisors— will give you the inspiration that will help you identify your WHY! 

Now that you have heard from industry experts, it’s YOUR turn to give it a try!

Here are a few questions to mull over: 

1️⃣⃣ In your career, when did an advisor facilitate access to you? 

2️⃣⃣ How did that individual change your personal journey for the better? 

3️⃣⃣ How can you do the same for others? 

Check the Get Introduced Private Group on WiC’s Digital Network to share your answers with fellow participants!

Now, let’s learn how to SHARE your WHY. 

As Patti explained, sharing your WHY is about spreading your story to others and encouraging them to become allies, advocates, and advisors.
