Ready to make 2022 an incredible year?
After many months of widespread personal and professional disruption, you’re not alone if you’re looking forward to a fresh start in 2022.
If you have intentions to make 2022 your year, it's important to make time to set yourself up for success. 2021 is full of lessons and learnings. Make space for a deep-dive review of the past year, and you can take the best bits with you.
At Women In Cloud, we got a chance to do a deep-dive review of the past year, and here are the best bits for us to celebrate together. James Clear says, “you get what you repeat.” We collectively contributed to lifting each other.
It was definitely a year of Collective Power in Action with incredible results. My personal gratitude and thank you to step into your power and help us accomplish incredible impact in the tech industry:
- 1,200 leaders inspired tech ecosystems through our WIC stages and events
- Over 1,500 Azure Certification Scholarships were distributed worth $1.5 million
- $60,000 were donated to the #EmpowerHERFamily campaign that rescued 150 families out of poverty in India
- 2,500 business introductions were made that resulted in 5,000 hours of connections
- Over 1.5 million people impacted through the #EmpowerHERAccess leadership spotlights
- And over last three years, over 70 Women Tech Founders graduated from WIC Cloud accelerator with a $350 million in total valuation.
In the words of Oscar Wilde, “To live is the rarest thing in the world. Most people just exist.” Let's create solutions, and it will be easier to experience that 'rarest of things'.
This year, we will focus all of our attention and energy on creating and delivering Collective Influence through leadership and business transformation.
