We are delighted to announce the call for nominations for the #empowHERawards Inaugural Awards Nomination 2021.

As part of the #empowHERaccess 2021 digital advocacy campaign, Women in Cloud (WIC) has partnered with M12 - Microsoft’s Venture Capital Fund to award those who have created access for women in tech to support their stability and recovery from the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. 

WIC is inviting you to join them in acknowledging and celebrating the many stories of pivot and perseverance during the global pandemic. 

The inaugural #empowHERaccess Awards are a unique opportunity for entrepreneurs to recognize those who have facilitated their access and ensured business stability throughout the pandemic. WIC has created eight awards to recognize and commemorate these vital members of our community: 

• Microsoft Digital Transformation Project of the Year Award
• Insight Cloud Solution of the Year Award
• Accenture Innovative Partnership of the Year Award
• Meylah Cloud Technology Deal of the Year Award
• M12 Women in Technology Outstanding Leadership Award
• Supplier of the Year Award
• Advisor of the Year Award
• Investor of the Year Award

As a community, we count on your support to spread the word about the call for nominations so that we reach all the noteworthy organizations and programs around the world. 

Please open the communications kit to find images and sample posts to help share the news. 

Some suggestions for sharing: women in tech groups, corporate ERG networks, universities, gender equality organizations, economic development organizations, non-profit networks, development agencies and project leads, and digital skills programs. 

You can simply forward this email to anyone who might know of a potential nomination.
