What if you could take a break, not care about money (though it will come and haunt you here and there) - what would you do?

What would you be spending your time on?

That's something I'm trying to do now.

I'm not necessarily lost, I'm just not sure which destination I'm supposed to walk towards.

But I'm gearing up again, taking on hard challenges before the end of 2024:

• Run 10km in December (I haven't run in 10 years. So this'll be fun)
• Swim 100m freestyle (I have no idea how to swim btw)
• Start a weekly newsletter (you're reading it)
• Post a video every Mon-Fri (mainly on Instagram @itswiwinana)
• Start that business I've been thinking of since 2022

The reason I'm doing this? To gain courage and build confidence again.

Sometimes we've all lost it along the way and we need some pick me ups. These are my pick me ups.
