This is day 8 of no gambling. I am human. I had thoughts or urges to gamble. I did think, “What if I can get lucky one time, with just one more bet?” I also thought, “So what if I lose it all? I only live once any way.” But then I came to my senses and realize I still have a good life. Yes I am financially crippled because of my bad choices, but I still have a roof over my head and can eat reasonable meals. I can still rebuild my business or start a new career.
