Hello love!!

What are you depositing into the Universe to be multiplied? Is it abundance? Lack? Fear? Joy? 

If you sat down and reaaaaallly looked at your life as the compounding of all the thoughts, beliefs, action, and living breathing expression of who you ARE & who you choose to BE… you would see how you are where you are. 

I’m laying here in bed with the most feral, big hearted, and happiest one year old on the planet. 

As his soft breaths create this rhythm that I cannot help but feel regulated by… and I lay here just thinking about how undoubtedly grateful I am to be right here. . Right now.. and how it’s the compounding of everything I am, who I choose to be, the raw material life has given me, and what I chose to do with it. 

If I had lived the life as the person my parents thought I would be — we wouldn’t be here. 

Why? 

Because they brought into this world a visionary, someone who dreams big dreams, someone who recognizes that she is here to make an impact that moves thousands of people to step into their power, and create a world that is more integrated and evolved. She believes in the power of choice and your ability to rewrite your future at any moment through intention, and embodied action.  She believes in making your life the living breathing prayer of what you want to experience and leave for the future generations.  She believes that while your past may have shaped your present moment, you get to choose to allow your present moment to shape your future through the action, breath, movement, and living prayer you create TODAY. That you get to live a life where the fire inside you is ignited and reignited just by living authentically and in alignment with who you ARE,  not by living to please those around you, those you love but see the world differently than you, to continuously sacrifice your desires in order to please those outside of you. 

This all came from a place of people pleasing, placing power outside of herself, valuing others opinions and projections more than valuing herself. 

Those were the seeds that were planted. 

And from that grew a young woman who chose emotionally unavailable men, desired to prove her value and worth, burn the stick at both ends, and over give in the name of being enough. 

Until she just couldn’t fuckkng do it anymore. 

As an adult she experienced one of the greatest heartbreaks, imaginable. 

She was rejected and shunned by the very people she had chosen as family. 

Her friends. 

All at once. 

This created an earthquake within her very being, as the shell around her began to crumble and shatter… the earth she stood on began to shake. 

She felt more vulnerable and alone than she had ever felt before. 

The next two years there were so many tears, daily. 

Why was this happening?! 

Why was she being rejected like this?! 

None of this made sense… she truly couldn’t make sense of how her ride or dies could just walk out of her life. 

The loss of friendship is one of the greatest heartbreaks you can experience in this life time. Greater than partnership, in most cases. These are your chosen sisters. They are the ones you run to when things are hard, the ones you celebrate with when you’re winning, the ones you sit on the couch with and watch movies with and endlessly laugh with. In a way they are a love story in themselves. 

& to feel like that wasn’t just taken from you but they walked out of your life because that is what they wanted. 

It left the biggest wound imaginable. 

And for what fking reason? 

. . . 

Life was giving her the raw material to create not only an epic story from, but a life that would one day touch and move the masses. 

One where there was ZERO undertone, subconscious programming or desire to prove her worth. One where all her fucks were burned away when her whole life burned down and turned to ash. 

This next season? One where was undoubtedly all of her. Unfiltered. Undiluted. Pure power. 

One where she was unapologetically her. 

One where she recognized her heart was tooo big to keep closed. 

Her very being was too miraculous to be hidden

Her magic was too pure to be diminished. 

..

And in that she CHOSE to show up and be, move, and align with what she was meant to create in this life time.
