I am just so angry....

I am angry.
Not just frustrated.
Not just heartbroken.
But angry—
in the way only someone who sees too much and feels too deeply can be.
Because we live in a world where teenage girls are taking their own lives.
Not because they’re broken.
Not because they’re weak.
But because they feel like ghosts in their own lives.
Unseen.
Unheard.
Unwanted.
Girls who believe the world would be better off without them.
And no one has taught them otherwise.
We have kids from broken homes destroying others' lives—
acting out cycles they didn’t choose.
Children with underdeveloped brains,
trying to make sense of adult-sized trauma.
Swimming in dysfunction they were born into,
mirroring pain they didn’t ask for.
And the truth?
It’s not their fault.
But it will become their legacy…
unless we do something.
This is why somatic work matters.
Because trauma doesn’t just live in memory—
it lives in the nervous system.
In the startle.
The shutdown.
The self-abandonment.
The rage that no one ever taught us how to hold.
It lives in the child who had to grow up too soon.
The teenager who never felt safe in her own skin.
The adult who looks fine but is carrying lifetimes of pain in their chest, their gut, their bones.
We are the generation with access.
With the tools.
With the choice.
To stop outsourcing our healing.
To stop numbing the symptoms.
To stop repeating what broke us in the first place.
Healing isn’t just about you.
It’s about who comes after you.
Your children.
Their children.
The kids in your community.
The ones silently watching you ask, “Does this end with me?”
And I know it’s hard.
To face it.
To feel it.
To rewrite it.
But this is your invitation—
not to hustle harder, not to fake fine,
but to heal for real.
To come back into your body.
To grieve what you didn’t get.
To release what was never yours to carry.
To reclaim what was always meant for you.
Because if we don’t do this work—
the cycles continue.
The silence deepens.
And we lose another girl who thinks she's not worth saving.
If you're ready to go deeper into this work—
to not just know this, but live it—
I'm here to walk with you.
Not as a savior.
But as someone who’s been there.
And chose to break the cycle anyway.
This is the work that changes everything.
And you’re not too far gone.
You’re right on time.
