If it scares you and excites you at the same time.. that’s a green light to go for it! 

“Babe, we should go look at this property my buddy just listed, it’s in our price range” 

My stomach tightened as I looked at the listing. This could be it. A small property just waiting for a manufactured home to be placed upon it.. in town & close to everything. 

I began to get excited, and my husband told his friend we were gonna stop by and look at it. 

When we drove up, my husband jumped out and went to look at the shop that was already on the property. I began visualizing what we could create here. I saw the wood fence, twinkling lights, a small fire pit, a cozy little home. 

It checked all the boxes but one.. I didn’t feel expanded… it didn’t feel like “the one”. 

When my husband came back he asked if I wanted to go look & I couldn’t even get myself to get out of the car. I told him “It checks the boxes of what we could do… but it’s not it. I don’t feel expanded by this. Let’s just stay open and see what else comes up”

A couple days later we went and looked at hundreds of manufactured homes in the area. Literally spent the entire day looking. 

We walked into “the one”, and immediately I turned to my husband and said “This. This is the one. This is the feeling!” To which 25 seconds later he yelled “BABE IT HAS YOUR TUB” as he walked into the master bath and it had my “dream bathtub” hehe. 

We both agreed … this was the one. 

That day I posted in a local fb group that I was looking for 5 acres, owner financed, and what I was looking to spend. 

Multiple comments but one stuck out. A woman who had 5 acres north of us that they were getting ready to list & said we could come the next day and look… 

We got there and my stomach was in knots… there was a huge part of me that was afraid. Afraid to own property. To take this step. As silly as it is I had this subconscious belief around the responsibility that would entail would be too much. 

As we explored the top part of the property I told Shawn .. this could be it! 

And then we went to the bottom half and I said “THIS IS THE ONE” 

In a single moment it expanded and excited me & scared the fk out of me at the same time. 

This. Was. It. 

And a couple months later we were signing the dotted line and owned this property. It’s almost 7 months to the day & we are living on the property! 

Quantum leap after quantum leap! 

We are livingggg on our dream piece of land!!!

That’s not to say it’s been all sunshine and rainbows hahahahah. 

However, to me it all is worth it. 

It always works out. 

The universe always conspires in my favor. 

& I get to experience miracles upon miracles because that is who I am and what I’m a match for!!!

& so are YOU!
