Director or Account Director – Property and Planning

£50,000–£75,000 | London

You are an expert in property communications. You know how to secure planning approvals and help deliver the homes, places and services communities need.

You take pride in building campaigns that bring people together, using well-judged communications to reduce local opposition and build genuine support for development.

You have honed your craft, built strong relationships and delivered successful outcomes. Now you are ready for more — a bigger challenge, a more ambitious team, and greater responsibility.

The role

As Director or Account Director, you will play a central role in the agency, leading client engagement and directly shaping strategy for complex property and planning projects.

You will lead pitches, develop campaign strategies and act as a trusted adviser to clients making significant property investments. You will ensure projects are positioned for success through excellent stakeholder engagement, clear messaging and strong local political insight.

You will also be a people leader. You will set standards, mentor colleagues and manage a team of Account Managers and Account Executives to deliver consistently strong work and measurable results.
