Suppose you are new to my newsletter; a warm welcome to you! You are receiving this newsletter because you most likely recently signed up for my Find Your Purpose Journal gift. I hope you stay and enjoy my newsletters, offerings, and promotions. However, I understand if you do not want to hear from me, and if that’s the case, hit the unsubscribe button at the bottom of this email. Nevertheless, I am so glad that you decided to join me in my journey to finding life’s purpose and self-discovery.
Hi !
I’m just dropping by in your email to send you a quick happy momma’s day greeting whether you’ve had a child or as a mom figure to someone!
What are your plans for this weekend?
I’m not into celebrating much, to be honest. I wanna go to the winery (which we’re going to today as we are members of two wineries here in Temecula Valley), go home, crash in bed, and call it a day- without having to worry about taking care of two newborns, a toddler, and a school-age kiddo for a day.
Wouldn’t it be nice to get away sometimes? What about you? What do you want deep in your heart for mother's day? Is it a much-needed break just like I do?
Whatever it is, make sure it feels good to you! And if you feel guilty a little, know that it’s ok and be curious about that feeling for a minute, then let it go.
Update:
In the next couple of weeks, I’ll be sending you an email about a giveaway that I’m participating in with the theme of “Life. Simplified”.
If you strive for a simple life (I always do), then make sure you check it out. In this bundle, my contribution is a new ebook that I’m sharing before I make it paid that will show you the importance of doing a digital detox and the seven easy steps to do it.
I believe doing a digital detox is just as crucial as a cleanse, diet, etc. Technology is excellent as it has made our lives better in some ways, but it seems that it has taken over our lives in some ways. We are constantly on the phone playing games or scrolling on social media, and that gets in the way of being more present at the moment, whether it's for yourself or for the people who matter to you.
So if digital detoxing is something that interests you, watch out for my newsletters this month. I also have a special offer inside for my upcoming program!
How's your journaling going? I really love writing prompts because they take the guesswork out of my creative process. Writing prompts help you fill up more space in our journals, which is incredible! They also make it so that you don't have to commit much time to them. If you feel like you need new inspiration, try picking an interesting prompt and see where the words take you. With consistency, you might be surprised by how much progress/writing can happen over the next month (remember-you can always jump back in if something comes up).
