Yesterday, I received quite a few questions about From Chaos to Connected: Your Wellness Journey, so today, I'm gonna give you answers to the most popular questions I encounter.
What is From Chaos to Connected: Your Wellness Journey?
From Chaos to Connected is a group of like-minded individuals dedicated to improving their mind, body, and soul through small lifestyle and habit changes that are easy and sustainable.
Through our regular meet-ups and online content, we aim to make the journey from Chaos to CONNECTED a fun one!
Who is From Chaos to Connected for?
This is for you if you have decided to improve your health and well-being but are looking for accountability and a community of supportive people who are willing to stretch you to achieve your goal. If this sounds like you, sign up for the tribe here.
What makes From Chaos to Connected Tribe effective?
I find that there’s a reason that some programs are really effective and others are not. Programs that get the best RESULTS in the shortest period of time include three things... I like to call these the three legs of a stool. You take out any one of them, and the stool falls. Those three legs are: - The right SYSTEM - The right SUPPORT - The right ACCOUNTABILITY.
The right system means the right steps in the right order. The right support means someone to help encourage you when you’re feeling stuck, and the right accountability is a kick in the butt when you’re falling off track. Most of us know what to do we just don’t always do it.
What makes From chaos to Connected different from other tribes out there?
A lot of groups are free-flowing without having a structure. Others are too rigid where you feel like you are in class listening to the group leader. In this tribe, I do my best to balance the two: there is a system/structure for every meeting, but at the same time, you have the opportunity for meaningful conversations.
My job as your tribe host is to hold you to the highest version of yourself that you can dream up through a transformation system. A system is the right steps in the right order, literally like the stepping stones to your healthier version.
Step 1: Set up the conditions for inevitable success. When you have conditions for inevitable success, then following through becomes easy. Without this, people inevitably fall back into old patterns and get more of what they don’t want. During our first few sessions, we’re going to look at how to make you a priority within the context of your busy lifestyle. Most people are surprised to discover that they feel trapped by their lives, families, and jobs. This empowers you to take charge of your life and health without compromising everything else.
My clients get great results with this program because we’re consistently considering how this all fits in - with family, friends, holidays, and parties; otherwise, it’s like pushing a boulder uphill. You may feel like you have to choose between your health plan and going out with friends. Well, that’s not fun or sustainable. In this program, I’m committed to having it be sustainable, easy, and fun.
Step 2: What to eat for your unique body type - some people burn fat best, and others need more carbs or protein. You’ll know exactly which foods are most fat burning in your body, which foods give you energy, and which foods take away.
Step 3: How to turn these healthy habits into behaviors that last!
How much time will the results take?
Becoming the healthiest version of yourself does not happen overnight, but in this tribe, we find a way to make it supportive, fun, and sustainable.
With that said, I understand that everyone is on a different journey and may be at different stages in their lives or their health and wellness journeys. Since this is an ongoing tribe, I encourage you to show up consistently for yourself for at least six months and go from there.
Is From Chaos to Connected going to work for me?
If you show up for yourself, I don't see why not. All there is to do is watch the magic and possibilities unfold.
Why do I have to pay? Why can't this tribe be free like other groups?
It's simple. We find that people are more engaged when they invest in themselves, even if it is small.
Should I sign up now?
A wise man once said, "The best time to plant a tree was yesterday. The next best time is now."
The same applies to you. If not now, then when? Imagine where you would be in a few months if you started today. You can do this!
