If you are new to my newsletter, a warm welcome to you! You are receiving this newsletter because you most likely recently signed up for my gift, Find Your Purpose Journal. I hope you stay and enjoy my newsletters, gifts, and promotions. However, I understand if you do not want to hear from me, and if that’s the case simply hit the unsubscribe button at the bottom of this email. Nevertheless, I am so glad that you decided to join me in my journey to finding life’s purpose and self-discovery.
Hi !
I hope that you have been doing well!
Many things have been happening to me... been on the go every day while on maternity leave because my son still goes to school 2 hours away from where we at. Hubby has been taking care of everything else including our newborn and niece then he goes out to pick up my son in the afternoon.
I've also been working on a course to help find a work-life balance that is uniquely yours, as we all know working a lot sometimes becomes a norm in your lifestyle, and by the time you realize you need to step back and decompress it might be too late. I believe in doing things that feed your soul but sometimes it can be hard finding the time in your schedule, or you may have other barriers as well (like pain, distraction, etc). This is where my beta-course/coaching program comes in. What about you? How are you doing?
I just wanted to pop into your inbox to give you a new eBook (only about 7 pages) that I worked really hard on earlier this month. It's a printable e-Book with 5 proven, actionable steps to help you simplify your life (or schedule).
This printable eBook will help you to:
- Lower anxiety
- Save more
- Improve your relationships not just with your family/friends but with yourself
- Become more confident, productive, and have more freedom because you don't have to worry about a lot of things anymore.
It is free for now, but I intend to sell this in the future as part of a workshop or a course, but since you are on my email list, please know that I love over-delivering, especially to my subscribers.
Download your FREE Guide here, and if you like it, will you reply and let me know? 😊
JOURNAL PROMPTS
Here are the journal/writing prompts for you to welcome April:
- Look outside your window and describe what you see. What's happening in nature on this spring day?
- What was the last thing that made you laugh? Set the scene and describe it to a stranger.
- When did you last give yourself the freedom to play on the page? What did you create?
- If you had a free day with no responsibilities, what would you do and why?
- What writer do you admire who has a lighthearted approach to storytelling?
- Describe the memory you have of a fun day.
- Write a letter to the Easter Bunny from your six-year-old self. What would you say?
- If you could choose to write anything at all. What would it be? What has kept you from writing this piece?
- Try your hand at poetry.: choose a piece of writing you love and take the last line of each paragraph to create a poem. What did you discover in the process?
- Finish this sentence: When I hear laughter, I feel...Don't stop at the obvious answers. Dig deep!
Speaking of digging deep, checkout 7levelsdeep.com if you like to learn more about the reasons for your goals, motivation and passion. It's a 5-10 minutes self-reflection.
Until my next email!
XOXO,
Wella
