Hi ,
Over the past summer, I helped a few players who struggled with proper spacing, which means maintaining an optimal distance to the ball.
In most cases, this happens because the player takes too much time preparing as soon as they see the ball, or… poor footwork.
In this new video, I'll show you how to improve not only your spacing, but also your footwork & cardio:

Even though the video title mentions that the drills are for cardio, they are, in fact, excellent for getting better at:
- setting up for the ball early
- footwork & speed
- overall groundstroke and volley improvement.
