Hallo coach,the video is very educative thankyou so much. My problem is how to balance the back while serving,how to alternate the leg like when to jump or hit the ball first.The other issue is how to finish the serve with rackets facing down.

Hi Cosmin,
I had no idea how to tweak my serve from a powerful sideways spin to a powerful topspin. After seeing your video, it turns out that I will have to change most of the steps. And your video breaks it down to understandable easy steps.
I like the music.
At one point, I thought to myself how a slow motion segment would be perfect, and low and behold, this is exactly what the next segment was.
