AltaConnect is issuing this notice to ensure all agents are fully aware of an important Arise Platform eligibility requirement. Arise has confirmed that any agent with three or more dropped opportunities within the past ninety days is not eligible to participate in new open opportunities.

Recently, we have observed an increase in dropped opportunities across our agent group. We understand that unexpected situations can arise, including personal circumstances, medical issues, emergencies, or travel. While these situations are often unavoidable, it is important to recognize that the Arise system does not evaluate the reason for the drop; it only records that the opportunity was dropped. When this occurs multiple times within a ninety-day period, it directly affects your access to future programs.

To protect your eligibility and earning potential, please consider the following:

• Only enroll in an opportunity when you are fully prepared to commit to the complete certification schedule and servicing requirements.

• Review all program documents before enrolling, including class times, system requirements, and servicing expectations.

• Strong performance, consistent attendance, and meeting client metrics lead to greater access to premium opportunities and increased earning potential.

• Avoiding unnecessary dropped opportunities helps maintain full eligibility across the platform.
