Agero Roadside Assistance – Bilingual Customer Service
Dear Agents,
A new opportunity is now available on the Arise Platform for those who are fluent in both English and Spanish. This is the Agero Roadside Assistance – Bilingual Customer Service program, offering 24/7 servicing, strong revenue potential, and the ability to begin earning from Day 1 of certification.
About the Client
Agero provides emergency roadside assistance on behalf of major insurance carriers and automotive manufacturers. This includes support for customers experiencing vehicle breakdowns, flat tires, lockouts, fuel issues, or accidents. You will assist customers through inbound calls and coordinate support with service providers.
Class Dates and Schedule

| Phase II | December 23 – December 29, 2025 Certification Call-Taking |
| Phase III | December 30, 2025 – January 11, 2026 Instructor-Led & Self-Study |
| Phase IV | January 12 – January 14, 2026 Certification Call-Taking |
No class on: December 24, December 25, December 31, and January 1
Daily Class Time:
Monday through Friday
9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. ET
(4 hours of instructor-led training plus paid self-study)
Attendance Reminder: If you do not attend the first day of class, Arise will remove you from the class with no exceptions. The Class Confirmation Deposit is $50.00.
Servicing Requirements
Available 24/7, 365 days per year
However, 50 percent of intervals fall within:
- 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. ET
- 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. ET
Special Servicing Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 hours (10 intervals) on Mondays and Fridays, or a combination of both days
- At least 10 hours (20 intervals) per week during certification
Service Revenue
Certification: $7.64 per hour ($3.82 per interval)
Production: $12.00 per hour ($6.00 per interval)
Incentives Available:
- Earn an additional $100 when you service a minimum of 13 hours per week during the Certification SOW and you accept the first Production SOW offered to your business
- Earn an additional $1.81 per hour when you service a minimum of 12 hours per week during the Certification SOW (after Phase II)
System & Equipment Requirements
In addition to standard Arise platform requirements:
- Windows 11, fully updated
- A USB hardwired headset with phone-quality audio
- Stable internet connection
- Knowledge of Google Maps or other mapping tools is strongly preferred
Background Check and Photo ID Requirements
This program requires:
- A mandatory background check (credit freeze must be temporarily lifted through Experian)
- A mobile Photo ID Verification during enrollment
- Daily facial authentication scans before entering class
Important Restrictions
You may not enroll if any of the following apply:
- You are currently servicing Agero through another vendor
- You have been terminated for cause from past SOWs
- You are enrolled or interested in another opportunity at the same time
- You have dropped or failed any certification class in the last 60 days
- You have 3 drops/fails within the last 12 months
- You are located in Hawaii or New Hampshire
- Your contact information is outdated
