Interval International

Service Partner Program

Inbound customer service & sales · Portuguese language required · USA only

Inbound CS & Sales Portuguese Required 20+ Year Client

About the role

Interval International has operated membership programs for vacationers since 1976, making them one of the longest-running clients on the Arise platform — over 20 years. Their exchange network spans approximately 3,000 resorts across more than 80 countries.

As a Service Partner, you'll handle inbound calls from Interval members in both English and Portuguese — helping them book vacations, sell membership upgrades, and resolve concerns on the first call. You'll work directly with Interval for support and quality assurance, and have access to 6 lines of business.

This is a sales-forward role. Top performers are passionate about travel, thrive on meeting revenue targets, and genuinely enjoy helping people plan memorable trips.

What you will do

Waitlist requests

Help members place waitlist requests for resorts that are currently unavailable.

Alternative options

Offer alternative vacation options when a member's first choice isn't available.

Membership sales

Sell Core, Gold, and Platinum membership packages and all Interval products by advising on features and benefits.

First-call resolution

Solve member concerns without escalation — handle deposits, renewals, getaways, exchanges, and pending requests.

A day in the life

Before shift

Get set up. Log into Interval's systems, review any overnight updates or policy changes, confirm your scheduled intervals in Starmatic.

On calls

Handle inbound member calls in English and Portuguese — booking exchanges, processing renewals and cancellations, placing getaway reservations, and recommending membership upgrades.

Between calls

Complete wrap-up notes, track your revenue metrics against monthly targets for Exchanges, Renewals, and Getaways, and check Interval's internal resources as needed.

Throughout

Meet your commitment adherence. Every scheduled interval counts — missed intervals affect your adherence score, which must stay at 90%+.

Saturdays

Weekend coverage is required. You must service at least 4 hours on Saturdays, Mondays, or a combination of both each week.

Who is a good match

This program is a strong fit if you're bilingual in English and Portuguese, genuinely enjoy sales, and have a passion for travel or vacation ownership. It rewards people who are organized, process-driven, and comfortable working under performance targets.

  • Fluent in English and Portuguese

Both languages are required. You'll serve members in whichever language they prefer — fluency in both is non-negotiable.

  • Sales-oriented mindset

You're comfortable recommending upgrades and products and motivated by monthly revenue targets across multiple product lines.

Passionate about travel

Interest in timeshare, vacation ownership, or travel generally makes the product knowledge click faster and calls feel more natural.

  • Process-disciplined

Interval has strict workflows and compliance requirements. Top performers follow procedures consistently and don't cut corners under pressure.

  • Patient and empathetic

You manage stress well, stay calm with frustrated members, and resolve concerns on the first call rather than escalating.

  • Reliable and schedule-committed

Commitment adherence is a hard metric. If you accept intervals in Starmatic, you show up. Consistent availability — including Saturdays or Mondays — is essential.
