Class Schedule:

Monday through Friday

6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. Eastern Time

(No class on November 27, 28, or December 1)

Servicing Hours:

365 days a year | 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. ET

Weekend Requirement: Agents must service a minimum of 5 hours (10 intervals) on Saturday and/or Sunday.

About the Client:

Walt Disney Parks and Resorts is one of the world’s leading providers of family travel and leisure experiences. The Disney Dining program allows guests to make dining and activity reservations for Walt Disney World while ensuring a seamless and magical experience.

Program Overview:

As a Disney Dining agent, you will handle inbound customer service calls from Disney guests. Responsibilities include booking dining and recreation reservations, providing information, and offering courteous and knowledgeable assistance that reflects the Disney brand’s quality and hospitality.

Class Phases:

Phase I – Instructor-Led & Self-Study

November 17 – December 15, 2025

Four hours of instructor-led class per day with additional paid self-study time.

Service Revenue:

  • Certification Service Revenue: $7.64 per hour ($3.82 per interval)
  • Production Service Revenue: $10.00 per hour ($5.00 per interval)

Incentives:

  • $100 Bonus when your business accepts the first Production SOW after certification (requires 13+ hours per week).
  • Additional $1.81/hr incentive when servicing at least 12 hours (24 intervals) per week during the Certification SOW.

Certification Requirements:

To successfully complete certification, agents must:

  • Maintain an average score of 90% on knowledge checks and assessments.
  • Achieve 90% or higher on at least two certification calls.
  • Complete all ACE coursework, self-study, and role-play assignments.
  • Complete the Service Partner Security Awareness course with a score of 85% or higher.
  • 100% attendance is strongly recommended; missing the first day results in removal from the class.

Class Deposit:

A $50 Class Confirmation Deposit is required. It will not be refunded if you drop or fail to attend.

Equipment Requirements:

  • Must meet Arise System & Equipment Standards.
  • Windows 11 (English language version only).
  • Hardwired VOIP USB headset (wireless headsets not permitted).
  • Smartphone or tablet required for a security token app.
  • Quiet, professional workspace free from background noise.

Background & Security:

This program requires a background check and photo ID verification.

Facial authentication is required daily when entering the virtual classroom.
