Why You May Not See All Available Opportunities
Please be aware: not every opportunity will appear in your portal at the same time. If you're wondering why you're not seeing the same client options as others, here are some important reasons:
🔹 Assessment Outcomes
During onboarding, you completed assessments and expressed preferences for your interests. The system uses this information to match you with opportunities that align with your skills, service preferences (e.g., phone, chat, email), and schedule availability.
🔹 Smart Enrollment & Eligibility Rules
Each client program has specific eligibility requirements, including voice or chat assessments, equipment checks, or background screening criteria. If you don’t meet the requirements or have an existing disqualifier, the opportunity won’t display in your portal.
🔹 Preference Filtering Based on Your Selections
Your choices during onboarding help customize your opportunity feed. If you marked “chat only,” for example, voice opportunities may not show up. This keeps the portal focused, but it also means you might miss a program that’s slightly outside your stated preference.
🔹 Opportunities Are First-Come, First-Served
Once a program’s class fills up, it closes. If you started but didn’t complete enrollment, you may lose access to that class.
