Client: Fiserv – Debit Card Services

Platform: Arise

Program Type: Inbound Customer Service (MAX Program)

Agents serve as the initial point of contact for banking-related inquiries including debit cards, fraud, ID theft, retail/commercial banking, and online banking support.



MAX Program Structure (Important)

This is a MAX program, meaning:

  • Service 50 hours (100 intervals) per invoice period
  • Invoice periods run:
  • 1st–15th
  • 16th–30th/31st

If 50 hours are met:

  • $17.40 per hour base
  • $2.90 per hour MAX incentive
  • Total potential: $20.30 per hour

If 50 hours are NOT met:

  • Pay reduces to $14.50 per hour
  • Agent becomes ineligible for future MAX participation

Certification Pay (Training Phase)

  • $7.64 per hour
  • Incentive available after Phase II:
  • $1.81/hr if 12 hours/week serviced
  • $100 bonus if 13 hrs/week during Certification SOW and first Production SOW is accepted

Certification revenue is paid in the cycle earned.

Certification is NOT eligible for DailyPay.


Certification Schedule

Phase 1:

March 17, 2026 – April 20, 2026

Phase 2 (Live Calls):

April 21, 2026 – May 15, 2026

Class Times (Monday–Friday, 6 hours):

  • 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM ET
  • 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM ET

No class April 3rd.

Failure to attend Day 1 = automatic drop.

Class confirmation deposit: $50 (non-refundable if you don't attend first day).


Equipment Requirements (Strict)

  • Windows 11 (fully updated)
  • 8GB RAM minimum
  • Intel i5 (6th gen+) 4 cores, 2.4GHz+
  • Dual monitors required
  • Hardwired Ethernet (no WiFi)
  • Webcam (mandatory on camera entire class)
  • Apple or Android phone for authentication
  • YubiKey (provided by client)

Agents must be on webcam during ALL class engagement activities.



Security Requirements

  • Background check
  • Drug screening (48-hour scheduling window)
  • Photo ID verification
  • Facial authentication daily during class
  • YubiKey must be returned within 30 days after SOW ends

No cost currently for background or drug screen (subject to change).



Special Scheduling Requirements

  • Intervals available 24/7
  • Most availability: Midnight–5:00 AM ET
  • Required: 5 hours on Mondays and/or Fridays

Eligibility Restrictions

Agents DO NOT qualify if:

  • Serviced banking client in last 6 months
  • Dropped/failed class in last 60 days
  • 3 drops/fails in 12 months
  • Currently enrolled in another opportunity
  • Located in: DE, HI, IN, MI, NV, NM
