Weight Gain On-the-Go with SuperNut Butter Pouches

Several of you have asked us for on-the-go snack suggestions to promote healthy weight gain. Weā€™ll share ideas as we learn about them.

This week we discovered SuperFat Macadamia Coconut Nut Butter pouches. One of Colleenā€™s colleagues highly recommends it to her patients striving to gain weight.

From their site: "Macadamia and almond nut butter packed with plant-based fats for deliciously creamy super fuel to support metabolism and brain function."

"Creamy" caught our attention because that means itā€™s appropriate for a low-fiber, low-residue, or low-roughage diet.

One pouch packs 270 calories, 6 grams protein, and no added sugars.
