Weight Gain On-the-Go with SuperNut Butter Pouches
Several of you have asked us for on-the-go snack suggestions to promote healthy weight gain. Weāll share ideas as we learn about them.
This week we discovered SuperFat Macadamia Coconut Nut Butter pouches. One of Colleenās colleagues highly recommends it to her patients striving to gain weight.
From their site: "Macadamia and almond nut butter packed with plant-based fats for deliciously creamy super fuel to support metabolism and brain function."
"Creamy" caught our attention because that means itās appropriate for a low-fiber, low-residue, or low-roughage diet.
One pouch packs 270 calories, 6 grams protein, and no added sugars.
