Sentinel:

Sentinel is Watcher Finance's flagship product, offering secure investment and feedback mechanisms for Web3 startups.

Project Status:

We have successfully developed the first decentralized application SENTINEL and also successfully launched $WATCHER in the decentralized market.

Capital Requirement:

Raising 1 Cr+

Capital Allocation:

80%- Liquidity

10%- Development

10%- Branding and Marketing

Capital Safety:

Funds added to the liquidity are 100% safe. Only funds utilized for Development, Branding and Marketing will be our expenses. Funds raised from Public will be replaced with investor's funds gradually. We also have our back up funds of 6-8 Cr arriving in 3-6 months time.

Investment requirements:

Multiple of 1 lacs to a maximum of 5 lacs per investor with a lock-in of 1 year. Lock-in can be released earlier based on higher retail reach.

Returns expectation:

We are looking at 10-100x in this project. We have given 3x in Amechain.io project to initial investors in 6 months and 42% to initial investors in Ozonechain.io project in 8 months.

Back up funds:

We had developed 2 Blockchain projects Amechain.io and Ozonechain.io. We had stake of 45% in amechain.io and 90% stake in Ozonechain.io. We are currently under the process of selling both the stakes at a valuation of 6-8 Cr in total. We will be gaining cashflow in 3-6 months and we will be infusing 3-4 Cr into the project in 3-6 months. This funds will also ensure our initial investor's funds are safe!
