I just wanted to send out a quick note to invite you to our NEW community-led Yoga & Meditation Online Space.
Join us any or all weekday mornings from 8:30 am-9:15 am on Zoom.
Each morning, one of our Village Wellness Community members will hold space and gently guide us through feel-good movements, breathwork, meditation, and/or other inspiring practices.
This offering is FREE, thanks to the generosity of our Village Wellness Online members. It's open to everyone, even absolute beginners to yoga or meditation!
The goal? For us to start the day off feeling empowered, aligned, and connected.
