Happy All Hallows' Eve !

Right now, we have a potent opportunity to connect with and celebrate our ancestors — those who've brought us to where we are today.

It's the time of year when the veil between worlds is thinnest. Halloween, The Day of the Dead, Samhain, to name a few are all holidays that remind us to connect to those who have passed. Can you feel it in the air?

A simple way to honor the dead is to light a candle (or Jack-O-Lantern) for the person you miss. You can also make them their favorite drink, and pour it out onto the earth so they receive it.

Whatever way you're participating — trick or treating, ritual dance, buying candy for the kids that come by, picnicking at the cemetery, or watching Hocus Pocus! — know that you're not alone.

In the spirit of Halloween I will share a little about the 13 ghost acupuncture points. These are points to treat upsets that are more psychological or spiritual in nature. Read about 👉🏼 The 13 Ghost Points of Sun Si-Miao.
