I hope you are having (had) an amazing weekend! 🎃 Very interesting halloween, wasn't it? Did you celebrate? if so, how? (reply and let me know - if you want)
In many cultures, this is the time of year when the veil between worlds is said to be thinnest. It is a time when you can more easily connect with and honor your ancestors.
In the spirit of Halloween, All Hallows Eve, and the Day of the Dead, I would love to share the story of the spirit of an acupuncture point called Assembly of Ancestors (👈🏼 click to learn more). This point is an embodied reminder of that connection to those who have come before. In the treatment room I use this point when my patient is feeling disconnected to their past, their ancestors, or their spiritual sense of Self.
This coming week is one of BIG energies... I want to support anyone who may need some non-judgmental TLC -- besides our in-person treatments, I have 2 other invitations:
1. This week, join us from 9-9:15 am for Meditation with Lance & Friends. This is just a short few minutes, in the morning, on zoom to connect, relax, recharge , and reset - so that you can get the best start of the day.
2. Im offering a new 4 week, supportive experience called Activating Calm -- a 4 week supportive experience to release overwhelm & access your authentic power. I designed this virtual program specifically for those of us who feel stuck in fight or flight, feeling overwhelmed, or adrenally exhausted. Lastly, I'm SO excited to see folks at Village Wellness Online - We have been open now for a little more than month and we already have almost 300 holistically inspired members looking to amplify their well-being -- Wow!
