I'm having a very nice day so far and I'm feeling SO much better - I had a bad case of food poisoning and have been pretty out-of-it for a week! - I do not recommend!
As you may know, I have been teaching a live, online, morning yogic movement and meditation every weekday since October of last year (about 150 classes and founding)! It's been fun! This month we all took a deep dive in the Chakra System and learned all sorts of fancy Chakra things. I also experimented with doing the classes just 2 days a week... and... truth be told.... I missed everyone too much!
So for June, we are going back to daily, weekday, morning classes! We are going to take a deep dive into unleashing the Power of our Emotional Bodies and Anyone and everyone is welcome. And Beginners are especially welcome!

Also, we have a few more spots open for our in-person Shamanic Medicine Drum Birthing Ceremony. I can't wait to make my drum with you!
Lastly, exciting news... starting in June our Village Wellness waiting room will be open again for patients- no more waiting in your car! - unless you want to! Now you will able to chillax in the awesome VW waiting room vibes before your treatment. We are still requiring that everyone wear a mask, including those who have been vaccinated. Baby steps....
