Hi everyone, a massive warm welcome to our new subscribers and a firm handshake and clap on the back to our loyal friends and heroes who have stuck with us throughout our many journeys.

As we get closer to the end of the year, I can reveal that Enter the Arcverse has been on an incredible journey throughout 2023, our tribe of Arclanders has grown dramatically throughout the year and, without boring you all we've gone from under fifty page views a day to over five hundred. Small beans perhaps, but something to be really proud of.

The Ever Expanding Arcverse

This year we've brought you a massive amount of new lore from the Arcverse, including timelines of the emperors of Arc, the lost world of the Fey, the Celestial Realm and the intricacies of trade, culture and language from across Aestis.

Whilst we've been preparing our second expansion title, The Book of the Phantasm, for release in the first couple of months of 2024, we've also been developing the classes and origins of the Arcverse through our zine, the Arclander. We've published two editions of it so far here and here, and we're working on edition three, the Spellforgers edition. If you've enjoyed developing your own spells and items in Arclands: The Spellforgers Companion, you'll really enjoy what we have coming next in the Arclander.

In 2024 we'll be revealing how the Arcverse will be moving ahead and combining with our new planned core system Psion which will change everything. The web novel, A Fire in the Heart of Knowing will (all things being equal) be completed in 2024, concluding the first part of a planned trilogy. Disparate bands of heroes and antiheroes navigate the broken world of Aestis, discovering the unfinished business of the Sundering.

Nova City Heroes

We've also been working on something else rather special for the Mutants and Masterminds system which we hope to unveil before Christmas - Nova City Heroes.

Set in the gleaming east coast metropolis of Nova City, the Vanishing Saga Part One includes seven interconnected adventures following the mysterious disappearance of 95% of the world's heroes. The PCs are the untried, untested, unknown super powered individuals who fate has chosen to step forward and save the world from the great unknown menace behind the Vanishing. Insane AIs, robot armies, evil organisations, trans-dimensional psychics and other perils face the heroes in the first seven epic adventures. Part Two is being written as we speak.

A huge, huge thankyou

Each week we reach out to you with new content for D&D (next year will see other games served, but for now, it's the great ancient wyrm of them all, despite all the controversy at the start of the year), and we're endlessly thrilled that we can serve you. It's an honour to have you along our rambling universe building quest with us and we love hearing from you too. As the Arcverse grows, the site becomes bigger and better (and there are major plans in 2024 to add new content, downloads and other cool stuff), we try to remember that we exist to serve you. We'll be launching and Arcverse Reddit next year and hopefully it will become a handy forum to discuss everything we do from our weekly how to articles to the amazing worlds of Aestis and Nova City.
