Uri starts a newsletter!

Hi!

I'm told that all serious writers have newsletters. Since I'm one of these things, I've decided to open a newsletter as well. I promise not to send more than one letter per week (probably a lot less) and never include any dead rodents with these mails.

So, what will this newsletter include?

  • Updates on what I'm working on at the moment.
  • Anecdotes from games with children and general gaming ideas.
  • The occasional short story (I plan to record some. Everyone deserves to laugh at my silly accent.)
  • Publications.
  • Giveaways (once I figure how to do these).
  • And cool historical or geographical trivia I come by during my travels here and there.

First, however, I want to let you know where I else can be found, since Facebook and I are no longer buddies and I've stopped using twitter when gnomes were still considered monsters...

Secondly, some updates on my current affairs:

RATS!: a friend went over the PDF of this long, long suffering RPG and fixed the technical issues. I've sent it to the printer. Hopefully this time it will turn out okay. They say third time is the charm, so... Fifth time must be really good.

Unnamed Settler Novel: I've received input from seven readers and waited for a couple of months to let it stew. I plan to finish revisions during the summer. If you want to be a beta reader of a modern fantasy novel set in Israel, let me know.

Hilda Finds a Home: This is a totally free litRPG light novel series I'm writing and posting on Royal Road. I've already finished the first book and will soon start posting the second book, entitled Dwarf to the Moon.

Lastly, a friend and I went to the Temple Mount, possibly the most explosive place on earth... and nothing exploded. In fact, it was quite nice. Peaceful. Like the still moment before everyone starts shooting in an old Western.

And speaking of Israel, use the referral link below for a chance to win a hardcopy of Tales from an Israeli Storyteller.

That's it for now.

See you next week!

P.S

I apologize to everyone who may have gotten this mail twice. I'm still learning the system. I can even show you the damage done to my keyboard in the learning process.
