25 things you can do to help yourself Thrive in 25


Hello


  1. Create an Action/ Vision Board using Canva - plenty of free templates search “vision board”. This can be saved to your phone and use as a background to view daily - manifestations start with a thought.
  2. Read Emotion Code by Dr Bradley Nelson
  3. Share 3 things you are grateful for with either yourself in front of a mirror or at the dinner table with your friends, flatmates, family or your fur-babies 🐶🐭🐰
  4. Write affirmations you resonate on your bathroom mirror for you see, read and say out loud (try doing it while brushing your teeth 😂🪥🦷)
  5. Here are 5 affirmations to get you started:
  • I take one step at a time and allow life to unfold before me.
  • I allow myself to create love
  • I move from fear to freedom
  • I give myself permission to be assertive
  • I show the real me to others without fear or judgement.
  1. Use a powerful mantra the Ho’oponono - I’m sorry, please forgive me, I love you, thank you - this is amazing for yourself or to say to someone (in your head) that has triggered you
  2. Take time to feel your emotions - crying is a form of healing
  3. Suppressing emotions is like punishing yourself for having feelings - do not suppress your emotions, by doing so can create physical ailments.
  4. Take 5 mins to sit wth yourself in silence with no distraction - improves quality of memory, focus and clarity, not to mention overall wellbeing.
  5. Journallng helps to reduce the noise and clutter in your head - instead of holding onto the pages - try burning them and let them go.
  6. A short 5 min meditation as often as once a week could change the tradectory of your life - CLICK HERE for one I’ve created. This works best when daily in bed before sleep or before you get out of bed in the morning.
  7. Learn how to self muscle test to communicate with your body - read Emotion Code book for more info
  8. Watch the kids movie Inside Out 1 & 2 - its great to understand how your beliefs and emotions work

Loving yourself is not feelIng its your job "Matthew Hussey" - rest is needed for the body to heal, without rest you will eventually short circuit your system and essentially blow some fuses. Rest is all part of loving yourself and ensuring you don’t overload the one vessel you have been given this lifetime.

  3. Got this far... Wow! Reward yourself with something you have been wanting to do but haven’t - rewarding yourself after achieving goals, milestones or doing something that seems hard increases your chances of completing goals and doing those things that are hard more and more.
  4. Read The Source By Dr Tara Swart - science of manifestation and intuition.
  5. Grounding idea - sit in the sun, shoes off, and visualise a brick tied to your feet anchoring you down into the ground - this helps reduce stress and anxiety - oh and remember to BREATH, deep slow breath in through nose and out with your mouth and repeat.
  6. When life feels like it’s against you and unfortunately no one is immune, not even me, turn on a timer (you decide how long it goes for 5 mins, 5 hours, 5 days) allow yourself to feel shit, the negative emotions, cry, experience tantrums, watch tv, feel sorry for yourself etc etc. When that timer ends pick yourself up and set your next small goal and let that shit go - it’s ok to be upset with life, just don’t stay there, reflect and use it as a way to set your next goals and use my meditation attached to create your vision of what you want.
