3-question form for presence/presentation on a conference day
Mar 17, 2026 7:48 pm
Dear EMAN 2026 participants,
At the following link https://eman-conference.org/confirmation, within the next 48 hours, please fill in our 3-question form (you need 5 seconds for that) and confirm your presence/presentation at the 10th EMAN conference - March 25-27, 2026 (it’s NOT a requirement for abstract/paper publication).
To arrange the most effective conference agenda ever, including ID cards, certificates, etc., we need this info.
Once again, let me share with you a kind reminder:
1. Authors who will have on-spot presentations at the University of Oxford should send us their presentations no later than Sunday (March 22, 2026) at 9:00 p.m. CET by replying to this email. This is particularly important since, when the conference starts, we will not have time to transfer and share presentations from other devices.
2. Authors who will join us over Zoom with live presentations will share their presentations in real time from their computers, so there is no need to deliver presentations before the conference.
3. Authors who are opting for virtual presentations should upload their prepared presentations in advance in mp4 format (with or without video) for a duration of max 7 minutes to Vimeo with public visibility option checked (https://vimeo.com/) and embed code (upper right corner of video preview – copy embed code) should be copied to a New Word Document and delivered as attachment to the conference organizer over email - [email protected] no later than Sunday (March 22, 2026) at 9:00 p.m. CET.
The conference agenda will be available on Saturday afternoon (March 21, 2026). Please note our email with the agenda (check your spam/junk folder too).
We will have more than 200 presentations, so it is really important to have everything set up properly.
Participants who do not confirm their presenting option over the 3-question form will NOT be listed in the conference agenda. Thank you very much for your cooperation and understanding on this matter.
Once again, only registered participants, authors, and co-authors are permitted to enter the conference venue at the University of Oxford. Entry will not be granted to third-party individuals.
We are looking forward to the conference opening.
Kind regards,
Nikolina Vrcelj
