We are pleased to invite you to AI-SMART 2025, an international scientific conference dedicated to exploring the interdisciplinary applications of artificial intelligence. The event will take place on September 25–26, 2025, at the University of Belgrade, with options to participate in person, online, or virtually.

Under the theme “AI for a Smarter Tomorrow,” the conference will bring together researchers, professionals, and academics from a range of fields, including social sciences, applied sciences, information technology, agricultural engineering, environmental studies, education, economics, management, tourism, law, etc.

Two important expert panel discussions are planned on the second conference day:

• Redefining Pedagogy: How AI is Shaping the Future of Higher Education
• From Hypothesis to Manuscript: The Role of AI in the Research Process

Key Dates:

September 3, 2025 – Deadline for abstract submission

September 25–26, 2025 – AI-SMART 2025 Conference

University of Belgrade, Serbia | Hybrid format (in person, online, and virtual)

October 10, 2025 – Final deadline for paper submission

Full paper submission is only required if you wish to publish in the conference proceedings; otherwise, the abstract is sufficient.

January 2026 – Publication of the AI-SMART Conference Proceedings and Book of Abstracts

If earlier confirmation of abstract or full paper acceptance (with ISSN and ISBN) is needed, it can be provided upon request via email.
