We are pleased to inform you that the EMAN 2025 publication process has now been completed.

Out of more than 100 full papers included in the EMAN 2025 Conference Proceedings Pre-draft, the Conference Editorial Board selected 20 full papers for publication in the EMAN 2025 Selected Papers. The primary selection criteria were the scientific contribution, methodological rigor, and thematic relevance of the manuscripts.

In parallel, we worked closely with the editors of our partner journals and successfully finalized all three official EMAN 2025 publications:

As all papers and abstracts have undergone double-blind peer review, proofreading, and technical editing, we kindly ask you to carefully review the draft version of your contribution and inform us of any minor technical corrections no later than March 6, 2026.

Please pay particular attention to the first page of your paper, including:

• Author names and affiliations,
• Institutional details,
• ORCID IDs,
• Keywords.

DOI numbers are currently being assigned. Please note that the DOI links are not yet active, so we kindly ask you not to use or distribute them at this stage.

These draft versions should not be uploaded to public platforms (e.g., ResearchGate or similar databases). We kindly ask you to wait for the final official versions before sharing.

The candidates for the EMAN 2025 Best Paper Award will be announced shortly on the conference website. The winner will be officially announced together with the release of the final publication versions.

We look forward to welcoming you again at EMAN 2026, which will take place this March at the University of Oxford (UK), with hybrid participation options available. The abstract submission deadline will be extended until March 12, 2026.
