Dear EMAN 2025 participants,

The final agenda of the 9th International Scientific Conference EMAN 2025, which will be held on Thursday (March 27, 2025) in a hybrid form (virtually, online via Zoom, and in-person), may be downloaded from the following link: https://eman-conference.org/agenda (please, do not post it anywhere online).

The conference venue is on the ground floor (University of London Institute in Paris, 11 Rue de Constantine, 75007 Paris, France). Even though the number of the building is 11, they said that the main entrance is on the number 9.

Also, security staff will have the list of all registered in-person participants, and don't be surprised if they ask to check your personal belongings. This is all due to their high-security criteria.

We would like to kindly remind in-person presenting authors to send us their presentations and authors who opted for virtual presentations to send us the embed code of the video uploaded to Vimeo in case they still haven't done that.

All online participants will receive a Zoom conference invitation in a new email.

The organization of this conference was a pretty challenging task for our team. We experienced a lot of ups and downs, so a huge "thank you" to all of you for your understanding and cooperation (especially for the past 10 days).

The best is yet to come... the conference day. :) Now we may just pack our bags and look forward to the conference opening.
