Final Conference Agenda - LIMEN 2025

Dear LIMEN 2025 participants,

 

The final agenda of the 11th International Scientific-Business Conference LIMEN 2025, which will be held on December 10-12, 2025, in a hybrid form (virtually, online via Zoom, and in-person), may be downloaded from the following link: https://limen-conference.com/agenda (please, do not post it anywhere online).


We kindly remind in-person presenting authors to send us their presentations, and authors who opted for virtual presentations to send us the embed code for the Vimeo video uploaded in public presentation mode (not private), if they haven't already.


All participants will receive a Zoom conference invitation in a new email.


Also, we would like to remind all in-person participants that this year we have the Best Presentation Award, which celebrates excellence in scholarly contribution and delivery during in-person sessions at LIMEN 2025.


Eligibility

Only participants who deliver their presentation on site in Zurich and attend the whole session, including Q&A, are eligible.


Evaluation Process

The evaluation process takes place in two stages. First, each in-person session selects one session winner based on combined evaluations from the Session Chair and the session participants.


In the second phase, all session winners are compared, and the presenter with the highest final weighted score becomes the overall conference winner. The final score is calculated using the formula: (Session Chair Score × 0.60) + (Participant Score × 0.40).


In case of a tie, priority is given to the higher Session Chair score, followed by the scientific quality of the presentation and performance in the discussion segment. If needed, the Conference Director makes the final decision.
