Best Presentation Award – In-Person Sessions

We are super excited to announce a new distinction at this year’s conference: the LIMEN Best Presentation Award, celebrating excellence in scholarly contribution and delivery during in-person sessions at LIMEN 2025.

Eligibility

Only participants who deliver their presentation on site in Zurich and attend the full session, including Q&A, are eligible.

Evaluation Process

The evaluation process takes place in two stages. First, each in-person session selects one session winner based on combined evaluations from the Session Chair and the session participants.

In the second phase, all session winners are compared, and the presenter with the highest final weighted score becomes the overall conference winner. The final score is calculated using the formula: (Session Chair Score × 0.60) + (Participant Score × 0.40).

In case of a tie, priority is given to the higher Session Chair score, followed by the scientific quality of the presentation and performance in the discussion segment. If needed, the Conference Director makes the final decision.

📅 Abstract Submission Deadline Extended: November 27, 2025

We are pleased to inform you that the deadline for abstract submission to the LIMEN 2025 Conference has been extended to November 27, 2025.

This extension offers additional time for researchers and academics to finalize and submit their work.

Conference Details

LIMEN 2025 will take place from December 10 to 12, 2025, at the IFJ Institute for Young Entrepreneurs AG in Zurich, Switzerland.

The conference will be held in a hybrid format, allowing participants to join in person, online over Zoom, or through virtual presentations.

The event continues its focus on Leadership, Innovation, Management, and Economics, highlighting the integrated politics of research.

Participants whose abstracts are accepted will have their work published in the LIMEN 2025 Book of Abstracts.

Full papers may be considered for publication in LIMEN Selected Papers, which has Web of Science Conference Proceedings Citation Index (CPCI-SSH) coverage for the 2021 edition, with subsequent editions under evaluation.

Partner journals indexed in Scopus, EconLit, and ERIH PLUS are also available as publication opportunities.

All registered authors and attendees will receive official certificates after the conference.

LIMEN 2025 maintains a fair registration fee structure with several available discounts.

The conference also supports competitive academic excellence through the Best Paper Award, for which five finalist papers will be nominated.
