Dear authors, participants, and friends,

Thank you all for your interest, cooperation, and great presentations.

It has been our pleasure and honor to host you at the EMAN 2026 hybrid conference, held on March 25-27, 2026, in Oxford.

The conference photo gallery, featuring nearly 1.200 photos, is available on the conference website.

The deadline for submitting full papers is April 30, 2026. A full paper registration form is also available on the website (page: Full Paper Submission).

All papers received before the peer review process will be subject to a plagiarism check using iThenticate by CrossRef. The acceptable overall similarity index (self-plagiarism included) is under 25% (excluding small matches of less than 20 words). All papers with a higher similarity index will be returned to the authors for revision.

Technical instructions for full paper preparation are also available on the conference website. We anticipate receiving more than 150 full paper submissions, so please prepare your submissions accordingly. 

Authors who do not follow the formatting instructions for the full paper may be charged a fee of € 35. Note that this will delay the production process and, ultimately, the release of the conference proceedings.

The text should be 10 pages long (all included). If a full paper exceeds 10 pages (A4 size), each additional page will incur a charge of € 20.

This is our projected deadline for the release of three conference publications: October 30, 2026*

* In case an author urgently needs official confirmation on full paper and/or abstract acceptance and publication (with ISSN and ISBNs) earlier, it is available upon request via email.

Digital certificates of presentation/attendance will be delivered to all registered participants soon, along with the answers to the latest queries.

Best Presentation Award has been awarded to: Sabrina Kalinkova, University of National and World Economy, Bulgaria, Sofia.

The winner was selected as the highest-scoring presenter across all in-person sessions, based on evaluations by session chairs and session participants. We sincerely congratulate Prof. Kalinkova on this outstanding achievement and thank her for her excellent contribution to the conference.
