EMAN 2026 Conference is offering a hybrid experience, providing the flexibility to participate either in person at the magnificent University of Oxford or online over Zoom.

Publication Opportunities

All accepted full papers enter the EMAN Proceedings Pre-draft, followed by a three-circle selection process:

✔ Springer Proceedings (1st Circle)

Selected papers will be published in Springer Proceedings in Business and Economics (Scopus, SCImago, RePEc, zbMATH indexed).

✔ EMAN 2026 Selected Papers (2nd Circle)

ISSN/ISBN/DOI assigned; will be submitted to Web of Science (CPCI) and Scopus.

✔ Partner Journals (3rd Circle)

Extended versions will be published in respected international journals.

Best Presentation Award – In-Person Sessions

EMAN 2026 introduces a Best Presentation Award recognizing outstanding scholarly contribution, clarity, and audience engagement in in-person sessions.

Award includes:

• Scholarship worth USD 1,500 for attending the Academy of Management(AOM) Annual Meeting 2027 (sponsored by AOM)
• Certificate and public recognition at the closing ceremony
• Announcement on the conference website and social media

Evaluation:

• Session Chair score (60%)
• Session participant score (40%)
• One overall winner for the entire conference
