Trainer Content Contributions

Weekly Trainer Tasks:
- Personal Video (1 per month): Share a "Get to Know Me" video. Introduce yourself, your background, and what makes you passionate about fitness.
- Client Testimonial (1 per month): Showcase a member's progress. Highlight their achievements and how you've guided them along the way.
- Educational Posts (1 per month): Create content debunking fitness myths, sharing wellness tips, or explaining proper exercise techniques.
- Go Live Sessions: Host live sessions on Instagram about your favorite healthy snacks, fitness advice, or promote special events.
Key Dates for Going Live:
- August 2nd: Are you watching the Olympics? What/who is your favorite?
- August 6th: Trainer shares workout tips and answers questions.
- August 9th: Discuss how to set achievable fitness goals for the month.
- August 14th: Who is your favorite fitness influencer and why?
- August 20th: What's your must-have piece of workout clothing or gear?
- August 28th: What recent fitness milestone are you most proud of?
Overall Team Contributions
Weekly Team Tasks:
- Capture Member Stories: Highlight member progress, achievements, and motivational journeys.
- Community Stories: Share stories that reflect our strong community spirit and engagement. Examples include team fitness class spotlights and team-building activities.
- Event Coverage: Document and share experiences from any other significant events happening during the month.
- Client Testimonials: Encourage members to share their success stories and reviews via Feedspace. (Here's the link)
Tips for Going Live on Instagram
- Preparation: Plan your content and practice what you want to say.
- Engagement: Interact with viewers by answering questions and acknowledging comments.
- Timing: Choose a time when your audience is most active, typically evenings or weekends.
- Promote: Announce your live session ahead of time to build anticipation.
