To empower ourselves, to get that authority, we have to accept the responsibility first. Responsibility for our health, wellness, our actions, even our thoughts.., and everything really that we do or don't do. If we are not responsible and the ones in charge we feel like we have no power to change the outcome. As soon as we decide to be responsible we give ourselves options. It is all in your hands - empower yourself 💪
Rituals instead of resolutions - this is our NY resolution for 2023 😉 Setting year-long resolutions just doesn't work for our human brains. Instead, if we try to build rituals around what we want to achieve and follow them one tiny step every day, we will have a good chance to be proud of ourselves at the end of the year 🎉
