I spotted these great Irish dancers on a travel agent Reel the other day... made me stop and then follow the agent. What is Authenticity in Travel?  - Bournemouth University Project

My youngest daughter is studying Tourism Management at Bournemouth University and is writing her final year research project exploring authentic perspectives in relation to food/drink experiences on holiday. 

As part of her research she is conducting a survey and would greatly appreciate your help. Please could you spare 5-10 minutes of your time to fill in the attached questionnaire so she has as many responses as possible to draw her conclusions from. 

With authenticity being such a hot top topic in the travel industry it’s quite a fun subject to ponder over a cuppa.
